Most of the Manchester United fans out there are well aware about the deal between General Motors and the famous football team. Well, for those who are not aware, Chevrolet is the new official automotive partner of the Manchester United football club. From 2014/2015 season onwards, Manchester United kits will see Chevrolet branding that replaces Aon. General Motors has signed eight-year partnership with the famous football team.
Coming back to the automotive part of it, General Motors Asia has showcased two models in Manchester United theme at the 2014 Auto Expo. The Chevrolet Beat and Sail U-VA hatchbacks are the weapon of choice for promoting the American automaker’s partnership with Manchester United. The exteriors of both the cars get treated with funky red shades and Manchester United emblem all over the body. The distinctive elements are the decals, black alloy wheels and carbon fibre texture on the roof.
The interiors of the Chevrolet Beat get red upholstery and the Sail U-VA gets black upholstery, having Manchester United emblems embossed onto the seats. While anti-Manchester United fans overlooked the two show cars, many fans of the football club appreciated the artwork done by General Motors. Along with these, General Motors showcased Adra concept, Corvette Stingray, Camaro, TrailBlazer, Beat facelift and many accessorized offerings.
