KTM’s newest dealership in Mumbai is offering free orange assist for all Duke 200 and 390 customers that includes free roadside assistance for one year.
Expanding its presence further in the city, KTM has opened its newest dealership in Mumbai located in the bustling vicinity of Andheri East. Owned by an avid biking enthusiast Mohit Ahuja, the new dealership yet again marks the company’s plan to painting the town orange and is retailing the entire KTM lineup comprising of the Duke 200, 390 and RC 200, 390 as well as a host of Kawasaki offerings including the Z250, Ninja 300, Ninja 650 and ER-6n. The dealership is also offering ‘Free Orange Assist’ to its customers as part of a special offer.
The KTM Orange Assist offers customers free roadside assistance for one year that can be availed in case of punctures, low fuel, breakdowns, battery discharge and accidents. The bike would be towed to the nearest after sales and service centre to carry out the repairs, if any. At present, the offer is limited to only the Duke 200 and 390 customers and does not extend to the RC series models. Test rides too are currently available only of the Duke models. The dealership also houses three service bays for Kawasaki and KTM models, while there are special exchange offers available for purchase.
KTM has built an immensely strong following for its hooligan performers ever since its arrival in Asia, having made outrageously powerful machines available at affordable prices. With the company conquered the quarter-litre performance space with its offerings, speculations are rife that it will finally introduce two of its high performance models namely the 1290 Super Adventure and the 1290 Super Duke R in the country via the CBU route that will compete in the big league of adventure tourers and super naked segments.
